At BLACKPINK OFFICIAL STORE, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, including the packing slip and any promotional gifts that were included with your fashion purchase.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
